Job Description:

NEW GROUND WON’T BREAK ITSELF.

Every day, our teams help businesses and communities do what is right and achieve their goals.

You will join the Global Compliance and Reporting Solutions (GCRS) team, which aims to assist multi-jurisdictional businesses in managing their compliance requirements and risks. You’ll coordinate with Grant Thornton UK and Grant Thornton International member firms to ensure our clients meet their compliance obligations in line with SLAs. GCRS acts as an extension of the client’s central team, covering tax, accounting, and payroll matters.

We support flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours and job shares, to help you balance work and life.

About the role

As a Global Compliance Administrator in Accounting and Tax Compliance within GCRS, you will:

  • Lead a variety of contract management duties, ensuring high-quality back-office support
  • Handle invoicing queries for national and global partner teams, maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Monitor compliance deadlines across jurisdictions, owning the central dashboard for your client portfolio
  • Assist in preparing proposals and supporting client delivery teams with administrative tasks
  • Prepare documents for clients within agreed timescales and SLAs
  • Compile global fee data and prepare proposal materials for new opportunities
  • Organize and participate in meetings, respond to client queries, take minutes, and follow up on actions
  • Maintain regular contact with key client personnel and build networks within Grant Thornton
  • Work with growing clients, helping them expand into new markets and establish their businesses, providing high-quality advice and support

Ideal candidate profile

  • Experience in finance or compliance environments, with intermediate Excel skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines

You should be confident and clear in communication. Additional skills such as PowerPoint, Outlook, visualization, and organization are desirable, but we will support your development.
