Job description

Contract Co-ordinator

Join P&O Ferrymasters and work as part of a highly dedicated and professional team of experienced Customer Service Representatives and transport experts to provide a high level of service for our customers. This is a full-time permanent position based in Scunthorpe/Norwich.

Your role:

As the successful Contract Co-ordinator, you will report to the Operations Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of our customers' contracts, meeting collection and delivery expectations effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Raise and manage bookings, keeping key personnel informed of all necessary changes.
  • Liaise with Asset and Charter contacts to achieve optimal service.
  • Support activities such as customs clearance and standkit changeovers.
  • Collect information relevant for KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis and report to the line manager.
  • Liaise with P&OFM employees at other sites to maximize efficiencies for the customer.
  • Maintain daily professional communication with Customer personnel.

About you:

We seek an experienced Contract Co-ordinator with a background in customer-focused operational roles. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels. You should possess excellent organizational skills, manage your workload efficiently, and have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy. Ideally, you will have H&S knowledge and logistics experience.

We offer:

A salary of GBP26,000 - GBP30,000 per annum (dependent on experience), working full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
