Corbus is seeking a Contract Business Support Analyst to support multiple domestic and international Military Logistics and Service Contracts. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide business support for military and commercial pricing proposals as directed by program leaders. Provide cost analysis of Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, Repairs and Overhead type cost in support of military control initiatives.
- Prepare cost data, including the necessary cost rational to support military cost proposals for logistic type activities, repairs, and hardware requirements.
- Track vendor repair billing and analyze repair actuals versus forecast.
- Create, update, and maintain monthly reports of supplier the associated costs for military contracts, by using proprietary and commercially available systems.
- Utilize knowledge of repair processes, provide consultation regarding status of outside vendor repairs, as well as insight into repair reports.
- Prepare and initiate all Work Authorizations (WA) in support of internal and purchased service requirements for each contract via procurement system.
- Establish and maintain the accounting for all proposals and contracts to facilitate cost accumulation and to maintain cost integrity by contract.
- Create, update, and maintain reports required by program managers.
- Create Monthly Invoices and issue monthly reports as required.
- Create Monthly Delinquent and/or Cancellation Reports and Invoices.
- Gather and input cost data for a yearly required submittal of the Cost Data Summary Reports for all programs.
- Calculate markup rates for CDSR, prepare necessary report files for submittal, and provide insight to program managers as needed.
- Participate, as required, in both internal and customer meetings, and prepare and distribute minutes and actions items resulting from such meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite Applications (extensive Excel database manipulation experience).
- Extensive Financial Analysis, Database Management and Analysis experience. Experience in forecasting, planning, modeling database management and ensuring data integrity of different types of costs and overhead rates is a requirement.
- Knowledge of US Government Procurement Policies (Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 15) and Government Accounting experience. Experience in US Government Military Proposal Practices.
- Must have experience working in a Project Organization and interacting with other departments, such as Finance, Contracts, Technical Publications, Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Digital, and Sourcing. Must also have experience working with external repair shops and government agencies.
- Must have expertise in generating and creating accurate reporting as new systems are implemented. Requires parallel testing experience to ensure accurate data.
