1. Exception Validation & Recovery with Business team
2. Stakeholder management
3. Perform detailed analysis of revenue streams to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
4. Review customer contracts and processes to provide cost & revenue savings opportunities.
5. Identify and mitigate risks associated with revenue leakage and financial discrepancies.
6. Review commercial agreements & schedules along with change logs to find and address gaps for closure.
7. Produce findings reports that deliver key findings, recommendations, and present to senior stakeholders.
8. Develop and implement strategies to improve the accuracy and timeliness of revenue management processes.
9. Meet the targets and expedite the completion process.
10. Collaborate with departments (e.g., Billing, Commercial Management, Business team) to resolve revenue-related issues and implement best practices.
