• Review customer contracts and processes to identify cost & revenue savings opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to revenue leakage and financial discrepancies.
• Review commercial agreements, schedules, and change logs to identify gaps and ensure closure.
• Produce findings reports with key insights, recommendations, and present to senior stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of revenue management processes.
• Achieve targets and expedite the completion process.
• Collaborate with departments such as Billing, Commercial Management, and Business Teams to resolve revenue issues and implement best practices.
