We are seeking a Senior Contracts Lawyer to join our team. You will serve as the primary contact for clients and supervise other members of the Legal team. Your responsibilities will include knowledge development and horizon scanning within your technical area. The role offers flexibility to work full-time or part-time, with a hybrid working arrangement.
As the council navigates government devolution and local government re-organisation programmes, you will work on a diverse and challenging range of contracts.
You should have proven experience providing professional, high-quality, and timely advice, guidance, and representation across various contractual aspects and transactions. Candidates must be qualified and practicing Barristers, Solicitors, or Legal Executives (CFILEX) with significant experience.
