Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a Contract Analyst to provide specialist commercial and contract support across DDaT frameworks. The role focuses on cost control, value for money and governance for complex supplier and delivery arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cost analysis, commercial and contract management principles.
• Experience supporting cost control, contract management or framework governance.
• Ability to analyze cost data to identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers.
• Highly organized and able to deliver quality outputs to tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support IT Development project contract reviews and resourcing within DDaT frameworks.
• Provide cost and commercial input in negotiations, evaluations and lessons learned.
• Support contract administration, cost capture and change requests.
• Assure supplier cost and performance reporting, dashboards and KPIs.
• Support assurance, audit activity and contract compliance across DDaT.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost control and reporting processes.
• Assist Purchase Orders process and resilience across the Commercial Team.

Working closely with framework managers, suppliers,and internal stakeholders,you’llsupportcontracting, cost assurance, performance reporting,and continuous improvement of commercial processes.You’llact as a subject matter expert, helping teams make informed, value-focused decisions.
