We’relooking anContractAnalystto provide specialist, commercial andcontractsupportacross our Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) frameworks. This role plays a keypartin ensuring cost control, value for money,and strong commercial governance across complexsupplierand delivery frameworks. Working closely with framework managers, suppliers,and internal stakeholders,you’llsupportcontracting, cost assurance, performance reporting,and continuous improvement of commercial processes.You’llact as a subject matter expert, helping teams make informed, value-focused decisions.
Whatyou’llbe doing
- Supporting,ITDevelopmentprojectcontractreviewand resourcingagreementswithinDDaTframeworks
- Providing cost and commercialexpertinput intocontractualnegotiations,evaluation,and lessons-learned activities
- Supporting contract administration, cost capture and challenge of cost estimates and change requests
- AssuringSuppliercostandperformance reporting, dashboards and KPIs
- Supporting assurance, auditactivityand contract compliance acrossDDaTframeworks
- Identifyingopportunities to improve, streamline or automate cost control and reporting processes
- SupportingthePurchase Ordersprocess/ activity resilienceacross the wider Commercial Team
Whatwe’relooking for
- Strong understanding of cost analysis, commercial and contract management principles
- Experiencesupporting costcontrol, contractmanagementor framework governance
- Ability toanalysecost data toidentifyrisks,trendsand improvement opportunities
- Confidence working with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to challenge constructively
- Highlyorganisedand able to deliver quality outputs to tight deadlines
- Comfortable working autonomously while contributing effectively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel,Wordand reporting tools
