We are a national company offering market-leading heating & hot water solutions from regional offices across the East of England and Midlands, ensuring comprehensive coverage and access for our clients.

We are recruiting a diligent, professional Contract Administrator to join our busy team. This role requires a resilient, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Overview of Role:

The Contract Administrator acts as a vital link between stakeholders, ensuring accurate data delivery and communication, and that all planned works are scheduled on time, meeting company and client standards.

The successful candidate will support team leaders, engineers, suppliers, and tenants with proven administrative experience, preferably in housing, premises, or facilities management sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning daily work for Heating Engineers, Multi-Skilled Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers, Apprentices, and communicating schedules accordingly.
  • Ensuring data is accurate and delivered promptly.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records using appropriate systems.
  • Liaising with other Contracts Administrators and Supervisors.
  • Handling calls from clients and tenants professionally.

Required Attributes:

  • A self-motivated individual eager to develop within a successful company.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, IT systems, and databases, with excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience handling high volumes of calls is advantageous.
  • A friendly, professional attitude to foster good relationships with engineers, tenants, and clients.

All necessary criminal and reference checks will be completed before employment begins.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (1-hour lunch), based at our Stowmarket branch.
