We are a national company offering market-leading heating & hot water solutions from regional offices across the East of England and the Midlands, ensuring comprehensive coverage and access for our clients.

We are recruiting a diligent, professional Contract Administrator to join our busy team. This role requires resilience, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Overview of Role

The Contract Administrator acts as a vital link between stakeholders, ensuring accurate data delivery and communication, and that all planned works are distributed on time, meeting company and client standards.

The successful candidate will support team leaders, engineers, suppliers, and tenants with proven administrative experience, ideally within housing, premises, or facilities management sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning daily work schedules for Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers, Apprentices, and communicating work assignments.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records via appropriate mediums.
  • Liaising with other Contract Administrators and Supervisors.
  • Handling phone inquiries from Clients and Tenants.

Required Attributes

  • A self-motivated individual seeking growth within a successful company.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, IT systems, and databases, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience handling high call volumes is advantageous.
  • A friendly, professional attitude to foster good relationships with Engineers, Tenants, and Clients.

All applicants must pass criminal and reference checks prior to employment.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
