Job summary

Sureserve in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly organised Contracts Administrator to support the management and administration of contracts across construction operations in Norwich. You will coordinate communications between senior management, clients, subcontractors and residents to ensure smooth delivery of projects and daily operations.

The role requires strong organisational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in Contract Administration
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of Social Housing contracts is advantageous
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and residents both over the phone and via email
  • Experience using job management systems
  • Strong team player with a practical, hands-on attitude and strong work ethic

Overview Of Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support the management and administration of contracts across our construction operations. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and coordinate communications between senior management, clients, subcontractors, and residents, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and day-to-day operations.
