Ventro Group is seeking a Commercial Administrator to join the Active Fire team in the UK. You will be the first point of contact for preplanned works, coordinating with engineers, clients and contractors to keep services running smoothly.

As Commercial Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact within our Active Fire team for preplanned works - working closely and effectively with engineers, clients, and contractors to keep our service running smoothly. You'll manage the end-to-end process: scheduling engineers' diaries, booking visits, prioritising urgent works, and issuing reports, all while ensuring response times and compliance targets are consistently met. Day to day, you'll answer telephone calls and queries, input engineer report sheets to Salesforce, keep the database and customer portals up to date, raise Purchase Orders, order parts, and complete weekly reporting on works carried out. It's a fast-paced, high-volume role at the operational heart of our fire safety business - ideal for someone who's organised, calm under pressure, and takes pride in getting things right for the customer.
