Sureserve Group in Leeds is seeking a proactive administrator to schedule and coordinate engineering activities, support delivery of planned and responsive works, and maintain high service standards. You’ll schedule appointments, track job progress, manage changing priorities, and keep accurate records.
Strong communication with customers, residents, engineers and colleagues is essential. The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00, based in Leeds (LS10 1HB).

Salary: £27,976 per annum

Working Hours: 40 per week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00)
Holiday entitlement: 20 + Bank Holiday
Working closely with both customers and engineering teams, you'll coordinate appointments, support the delivery of planned and responsive works, and help maintain the high standards of service our clients expect. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact, whether that's arranging urgent repairs, resolving customer queries, or ensuring works are completed efficiently and on time.
You'll be responsible for scheduling and coordinating engineering activities, managing changing priorities, tracking job progress and ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales. You'll work closely with engineers to confirm availability and completion dates, while also maintaining accurate records and updating schedules as requirements change. Providing excellent customer service will be at the heart of what you do, with a focus on resolving issues quickly, handling complaints professionally and ensuring customers remain informed throughout their journey.
We're looking for someone with previous experience in contract administration, scheduling, customer service or a similar administrative role, ideally within the gas, energy, repairs, maintenance or wider service delivery sector. You'll be a confident communicator, comfortable engaging with customers, residents, engineers and internal stakeholders alike. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential, along with a calm and professional approach when dealing with changing demands or challenging situations.
