Contract Administrator (Coordinator /Customer Service)

Exeter

Hybrid Working : 3 Days Office and 2 Home Working

8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4pm Friday (39 hours a week)

As part of the Contract Administration, you will assist in the management of the equipment contracts : supporting customers throughout the process. This is a customer focused role ensuring a first class experience from contract creation and compliance management to equipment coordination.

The Contract Administrator Role In Brief

: Creating and managing finance contracts for truck sales

: Administering contract changes, extensions, pay:as:you:go agreements etc

: Coordinating the termination of truck contracts, including arranging third:party transport logistics

: Scheduling truck collections and deliveries to and from customer sites and depots across the UK

: Experience in a similar role : admin, customer service etc
