This role involves managing supply chain audits, maintaining compliance records, and assisting in contract documentation. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience and strong skills in communication and organization. This role will be within our MEICA and capital maintenance team. Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.

You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Contract Management team delivering maintenance services across London on behalf of our client. The role is heavily admin focused with a need to maintain an Audit matrix, training/equipment calibration records and management of our supply chain.
As part of this role you'll assist in the monitoring of the contract assisting with the population of Early Warning Notices referring back to contract terms and ensuring up to date records are maintained daily. As the next Contract Administrator we'll need you to assist in the drafting of contract documents and ensure compliance with the Contract.
