What's involved with this role:

Job Title: Contract Admin Coordinator

Ref: VLA 5273964

Pay rate: £12.50 per hour PAYE

Working Arrangement: Home based role but ideally you will be based in Cardiff/ South Wales area.



The role:

The role of the Contracts Admin Coordinator is expected to be the link between the customer and internal and external partners to deliver a wide range of waste management services.

You will be expected to arrange regular waste collections in line with contractual KPI’s, manage communication between the customer and supply partners, deal with business growth and supplier management.

You will be required to prepare invoices, financial reports, and support with the monthly reconciliation of accounts.



Key requirements:

Maintain excellent levels of communication with both the customer and suppliers throughout the customer journey
Develop, maintain and improve relations with customers to ensure that the company's image, reputation and achievements are represented to maximum effect and ensure contractual KPI’s are achieved
Work with colleagues to produce invoices, reports and ad-hoc data
Identify process improvements to deliver sustainable waste and commercial solutions for customers
Record customer interactions on the CRM system
Manage customer and internal complaints in a timely manner
Support the finance team with month end reporting to ensure accuracy
Raise orders for suppliers and dealing with post-collection queries, including invoice queries, non-conformances, certificates of disposal
Carry out waste management operations and review staff and team performance as prescribed under working procedures, in accordance with guidelines
