Contract Account Manager

Job Summary:

  • Creative: Ensure the delivery of high-quality creative work in collaboration with the Planning and Creative departments. Actively challenge and improve work to meet VCCP's high creative standards. Prepare and present creative briefs and client presentations.
  • Strategic: Contribute to the strategic process with a deep understanding of the client’s industry and competitors. Provide well-informed strategic insights and solutions.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with junior-to-mid-level clients. Manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain calm and charm when handling client and internal team needs. Support the Account Director in managing the business.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with clients and internal teams. Capture and relay client feedback to relevant teams.
  • Leadership & Teamwork: Lead and motivate creative and planning teams. Ensure smooth project execution by working closely with producers. Support the creative production process and drive teamwork.
  • Financial: Assist the Account Director in managing the financial aspects of the account, including budgeting and forecasting. Keep track of production costs while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Integration: Ensure that ideas are adaptable across all media platforms, promoting a cohesive and integrated approach to campaigns. Foster cross-team collaboration to avoid siloed thinking.
