Job description

Based across Liverpool

£40,000per annum plus company car

We are looking for a Cleaning ContractManager to join our Transportteam overseeinga large railcontract.

You'll be managing a team of 4 supervisors and 55 operatives, ensuring all 65sites are properly supervised and that the specified cleaning standards are met and maintained to a high level. No two days will be the same. When you're dealing with people there's never a dull moment, and you'll use your strong interpersonal skills to support and develop your team.

As a Cleaning Account Manager you'll be:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction for all involved.
  • Ensuring the consistent quality of service delivery, with a focus on inclusivity and customer needs.
  • Managing ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, and audits, supporting the Operations Manager as required.
  • Leading contract and specification review meetings with clients
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures and legislation,
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and growth, while ensuring that all perspectives are valued and considered.

As a Cleaning Account Manager you'll have:

  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with the capacity to plan ahead, work under pressure, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
  • A working knowledge of Health and Safety systems within the cleaning industry, ensuring safety for all individuals involved.
  • Previous experience working with commercial clients would be highly desirable, along with a flexible approach to meeting diverse client needs.
  • A full driving license and the ability to travel to various sites as required - occasional nights required.
