As a Contract Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving gross profit by developing, negotiating, and managing both new and repeat business within the market. You will be the direct link to our customers, ensuring exceptional service and account performance.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and forecasts.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Respond to sales enquiries with quotations and relevant information.
  • Oversee key customer activities including sales, OTD, forecasting, and stock provisioning.
  • Achieve or exceed gross profit targets for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings and reviews.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities or risks.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure order fulfilment.
  • Manage contract administration to ensure timely payments.
  • Travel occasionally to meet customers as required.
