What you’ll do:

  • Support the CI Manager in working with the FSSC Teams to identify CI and Key projects opportunities
  • Deliver CI projects within FSSC & Finance
  • Work with the CI Manager & broader Business to represent the FSSC in any group/business projects requiring or impacting the FSSC
  • Keep ahead of the game by networking with external partners (SSF, suppliers, etc) on latest technology and trends in FSSC industry
  • Drive CI opportunity list generation, prioritisation, requirements, sequencing & budget with the FSSC Leadership Team
  • Create and Lead Super User network & exchange
  • Work with IT and other business functions to ensure completion of delivery as and when required
  • Support CI Manager to ensure change journey is fully part of the CI function (Impact assessment, etc)
  • Act as a back up for CI Manager

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 2 years in similar role
  • Proven track record of Project delivery
  • Experience of dealing with a wide range of senior internal stakeholders
  • Can demonstrate a track record of developing others
  • Working in an environment that has a high level of transactions
  • Working in a fast pace environment
  • Highly motivated and proactive who enjoys leading and working in a team, whilst also taking full ownership and accountability of delivering results
  • Computer literate with good excel skills
  • Highly numerate with an innate ability to interpret data quickly and act upon it
  • An experienced high level negotiator
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Positive, pragmatic attitude
  • An ability to hold your own within a high challenge/high support culture
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
