As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving innovation and efficiency across our Global Workplace team. From energising (BAU) operations to transforming key project processes, you’ll lead impactful initiatives that streamline how we work. With a sharp eye for improvement, you’ll analyse current ways of working, design smarter solutions, and embed lasting change through clear documentation and hands-on training.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to make a real difference to how we operate.
