What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement and Process Manager to work alongside the site management team. The role involves overseeing the site’s operational excellence programme, including training, development, and engagement activities. Responsibilities include streamlining processes, reducing waste, improving product quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The manager will take ownership of key site metrics, track progress, provide updates to stakeholders, and ensure sustainable improvements.
