Job description
Overview

The Continuous Improvement Partner will be responsible for leading change and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives across the Talent Acquisition (TA) function for bothcentral Flutter Functions (FF) and the UK & Ireland (UKI) region. Supporting the TA leadership team, this role will oversee the delivery of all key projects (across processes, tools and ways of working) that improve efficiency, consistency and experience across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The CI Partner will also help build an environment where CI, agile methodology and sharing ideas are valued, changes are effectively communicated and embedded and the impact of the changes are tracked and shared.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of change and CI projects across the TA team; from identifying pain points, developing ideas and embedding scalable solutions
  • Develop and manage the continuous improvement roadmap, including a prioritised backlog, that aligns to the TA strategy, people strategies and broader business needs
  • Work closely with TA leadership team and other key stakeholders (inc. HR Tech, People Change and Transformation teams and external partners) on all change; including scope, impact, resource, budgets, timescales, comms and adoption
  • Apply Flutter's key frameworks, standards, and best practices for project management; using lean, agile, and design-thinking principles to simplify processes and drive colleague and candidate-centric outcomes
  • Provide coaching and capability-building within the TA team to embed a culture of ideas sharing and innovation, support for CI projects and developing broader change agility
  • Own approach to resourcing individual projects; from individual contributors / SME support to forming broader virtual squads from across different teams (TA and beyond)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new change requests from the business, People Partnering teams or other People Centres of Excellence where TA input or involvement is required
  • Develop clear metrics, OKRs and dashboards to track progress and impact of TA change activity; communicating successes, lessons learnt and future changes
  • Work closely with Data SMEs to form data-driven TA insights; highlighting key issues or opportunities to inform future CI activity across the function
Experience Required
  • Proven background in continuous improvement, transformation, or project management, ideally within HR or TA environment
  • Experience of leading a range of different projects; from small, quick fixes to large scale complex programmes of change
  • Ideally, possess knowledge of complementary change or CI methodologies such as Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking or Kaizen
  • Well versed in delivering change through technology platforms (preferably HR or TA), automation and process digitisation
  • Experience leading stakeholder buy-in and engagement in complex, fast-paced organisations
