Job summary

Organon is seeking a Continuous Improvement Operator for its world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. You will facilitate and govern continuous improvement and lean activities within the Packaging team, focusing on data collection and line performance improvements.

The role also involves supporting training in CI principles, applying problem solving techniques, and promoting Lean culture across Packaging.

Qualifications

• Understanding of packaging line technology.
• GCSE level in English and Mathematics.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and documentation skills.
• Experience in problem solving techniques (8 Steps of Problem Solving Training to be provided on the job).
• Experience of communicating effectively across multiple job functions and departments.
