Must have significant experience in food manufacturing and a strong track record in project delivery. A Six Sigma Black Belt qualification is preferred.

Job description

We are currently working with our client a leading food manufacturer based across two sites. Supplying into the major retailers it is essential that they continue to drive efficiency and new ways of working across their organisation and they have the need to bring in a new CI Manager to support the site lead to drive the operational efficiency across the site.

Leading a small team across two sites you will be responsible for driving manufacturing excellence through day to day operations as well as specialist projects, collaborating across all functions to ensure that the results are optimised, driving and leading action plans and regularly reviewing the data to further enhance results.

In order to be considered for this role you MUST have operated in a senior CI/ Manufacturing Excellence role within a food manufacturing site, chilled or ambient experience will be considered. You will have demonstrable experience of delivering complex projects and the results that have followed, it is also essential that you have not only led a small team in a previous role but can evidence the ability to work across a peer group with the ability to influence at all levels of stakeholder.

Ideally you will have a six sigma black belt qualification but other levels will be considered
