As a Continuous Improvement Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in helping our machining facility continuously improve how we work. Partnering with teams across Block, Head, Crank and EDU machining operations, you'll identify opportunities, solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful improvements. It’s an exciting opportunity to channel your curiosity, embrace change and develop your expertise in a business where learning, growth and innovation go hand in hand.
