About The Role

We’re seeking a dynamic Continuous Improvement Lead to oversee all continuous improvement initiatives across our food manufacturing site. This role is ideal for someone ready to build upon the groundwork laid by expert consultants who have gathered valuable actionable data.


You will lead cross-functional projects focusing on labour variance, cost control, waste reduction, material efficiency, and line balancing. Collaborating closely with department leads and data teams, you will drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities and implementing meaningful changes.


This position offers high impact, where your leadership and problem-solving skills will significantly influence site-wide performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead all CI projects across the site, building on previous consultancy work
  2. Collaborate with departments to identify, scope, and implement improvements in labour control, material costs, line balancing, and waste reduction
  3. Utilize data-driven insights to develop actionable plans and identify performance improvement opportunities
  4. Establish strong relationships across departments to ensure engagement and collaboration
  5. Promote CI methodology and drive cultural change, empowering teams to deliver improvements
About You

You are an experienced CI professional with a solid background in manufacturing or FMCG environments. You excel at translating data into strategic actions and results. Influencing and gaining buy-in from stakeholders to drive change is second nature to you.


You are proactive, organized, and passionate about continuous improvement.

Key Skills
  • Proven track record in a CI role within manufacturing or FMCG
  • Experience leading and delivering cross-functional improvement projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and team-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
Desirable
  • Experience in food manufacturing
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis and performance tracking tools
