Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

We’re seeking a dynamic Continuous Improvement Lead to oversee all continuous improvement initiatives across our food manufacturing site. This role is ideal for someone ready to build upon the groundwork laid by expert consultants who have gathered valuable actionable data.
You will lead cross-functional projects focusing on labour variance, cost control, waste reduction, material efficiency, and line balancing. Collaborating closely with department leads and data teams, you will drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities and implementing meaningful changes.
This position offers high impact, where your leadership and problem-solving skills will significantly influence site-wide performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
You are an experienced CI professional with a solid background in manufacturing or FMCG environments. You excel at translating data into strategic actions and results. Influencing and gaining buy-in from stakeholders to drive change is second nature to you.
