Role Overview
Leidos Europe Ltd is seeking a UK-based Continuous Improvement Lead (CIL) who is a motivated self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. The role focuses on the Logistics and Mission Support Division working on the Ministry of Defence Logistics, Commodities and Services Transformation (LCST) Programme.
Reporting to the Head of Compliance and Continuous Improvement, the Continuous Improvement Lead will support the CI framework and capability, acting as the first point of contact for new CI opportunities. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement, with strategic input within a growing business, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality CI projects.
You should have an analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into simple solutions, and excellent communication skills to engage with senior management and stakeholders.
