Location: Bristol, UK. The role will be hybrid, with expectations to be in office at least one day per week and some UK travel will be required.

Role Overview:
Leidos Europe Ltd is seeking a UK based Continuous Improvement Lead (CIL) who is a motivated self-starter and can work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. They will be a dedicated resource to the Logistics and Mission Support Division working on the Ministry of Defence Logistics, Commodities and Services Transformation (LCST) Programme.
Reporting to the Head of Compliance and Continuous Improvement, the Continuous Improvement Lead will be supported by colleagues within the Compliance function who are all on their CI journeys. You will be acting as the first point of contact for new CI opportunities and be responsible for helping deliver and assuring our CI Framework and continuous improvement capability.
As a key member of the compliance team, you will have tangible as well as strategic input within a growing business. You will be accountable for driving the culture of continuous improvement to the next level as the programme continues to expand.
We’re a very data-driven company. You know how to translate complex data into a simple solution with your analytical mindset.
You will be exposed to senior management across the programme. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all stakeholders.

The Logistics Commodities & Services Transformation (LCST) Programme for the UK Ministry of Defence is a critical effort to enhance and improve the UK’s defence supply chain.
