Job Description

As the Continuous improvment Engineer you will be tasked with the following;

  • Lead and implement continuous improvement projects to optimise manufacturing processes.
  • Driving improvement projects and practices across the businesses UK and European sites.
  • Identify inefficiencies and develop strategies to reduce waste and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on improvement initiatives.
  • Use data analysis to monitor and evaluate the success of implemented changes.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new processes and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process improvement outcomes.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Continuous Improvement Engineer should have:

  • Proven experience in continuous improvement roles within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
