An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join a well-established client in Letchworth Garden City. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that foster team collaboration and trust, coaching team members, and tracking performance metrics. This position offers the chance to promote a high-performance culture and support teams through organizational changes. If you have proven experience in continuous improvement and a Lean Six Sigma certification, this role could be a perfect fit for you.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week – 08:30am – 4:30pm
