We are looking for candidates who will thrive in a supportive team in an environment with a thirst for improvement. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a minimum user-level knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint, is a necessity; an intermediate to advanced level is highly advantageous.

Key Tasks:

  2. Review and correct European sites with incorrect data flows, ensuring timely invoicing.
  3. Identify, understand and remove duplication of data, streamlining the ongoing process ensuring accurate customer invoicing.
  4. Understand and remove or add mitigation to reduce the chance of issues occurring again.
  5. Liaise with internal teams to leverage their knowledge and improve the customer experience.
  6. Work with IT to deliver projects within the site commercial area in Europe, Asia and UK.
  7. Liaise with in-country teams to be a single point of contact to coordinate customer query resolutions.
  8. Liaise with network partners and operators to resolve issues, escalating where necessary.
  9. Support the EV expansion by ensuring site record stability is in place for invoicing purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Organised.
  • Proactive.
  • Able to work to deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good level of Excel knowledge.
  • Analytical.

And of course, you will be compensated competitively, with a good range of core benefits.
