Are you a dedicated Continuous Improvement Analystlooking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation? At Tarmac, we are on the lookout for a Continuous Improvement Analystto join our team.

About The Role

Reporting into the Senior Contracting Performance Manager, the successful Continuous Improvement Analystwill be working in the Contracting Performance Division and will be responsible for analyzing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance and efficiency.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

  • Please note that this is a national role and you will be expected to be in a Tarmac office closest to where you live once a week, along with travel to different Tarmac offices; usually once a month**

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you as the successful Continuous Improvement Analystwill be carrying out the following duties and responsibilities (not exhaustive)

  • Data Analysis and Performance Evaluation identifying trends, areas and opportunities for improvement within contracting processes and to deliver against budgets and targets
  • Process Optimization - engaging with all levels of the Business to identify improvement opportunities and champion and implement national initiatives; ensuring use of CI tools to enable business improvements
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives - supporting in driving the contracting business towards a continuous improvement culture.You will also be supporting the implementation of process changes, system enhancements and technology solutions to drive operational excellence and performance improvement
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting - developing performance dashboards, scorecards and reports to track progress against improvement goals and objectives plus communicating the findings through reporting
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing - providing training and guidance to project teams on continuous improvement concepts, tools, and methodologies

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Able to manage a wide variety of stakeholders including (but not limited to) Heads of Finance and Finance Managers, Commercial & Optimisation Teams
  • Strong analytical background
  • Able to show knowledge of modelling and reporting tools such as SAP/Anaplan/ Excel
  • Can demonstrate strong reporting and communication skills
