The Role

We are seeking a Delivery Management Lead to ensure top-notch service delivery within a contractual framework. You will lead a team of experts, coordinate with customers and delivery partners, and troubleshoot incidents to ensure systems run smoothly. Collaborate with architects, SREs, and other stakeholders to design and maintain reliable systems. This role offers a chance to shape the technological landscape through innovation and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer satisfaction metrics and strategies to improve customer experience.

Who You Are

You have at least 5 years of experience leading delivery teams, knowledge of IT services and vendors, and experience with incident, problem, and change management. Skills in ServiceNow, virtual agents, Microsoft products, automation, and customer satisfaction metrics are essential. Willingness to travel is required.

Preferred experience includes working with multi-geo Service Desks, building automations, and familiarity with ITIL, Six Sigma, PMP certifications.
