Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Contingent Workforce Coordinator to support the end-to-end lifecycle of agency workers and contractors. You will work with hiring managers, suppliers and internal teams to onboard, manage and offboard contingent staff, ensuring compliance and a seamless experience.

You’ll review documentation, manage contracts and records, and contribute to governance processes while maintaining accurate data in Workday.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination or contingent workforce management.
• Knowledge of workplace regulations and staff onboarding processes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, extension, change and offboarding of agency workers and contractors.
• Ensure compliant engagement in line with AWR, IR35 and GDPR.
• Handle administration: assignment requests, contracts, POs, invoices, worker documentation.
• Review Right to Work and criminal record checks; escalate concerns.
• Issue contracts via Adobe DocuSign; maintain worker records in systems.
• Conduct regular audits to support compliance and data accuracy.
• Be a point of contact for hiring managers, suppliers and workers.
• Build relationships with recruitment agencies and MSPs.
• Support seasonal workforce mobilisation and governance activities.
