Job summary

LPR International is seeking contingency cooks to support U.S. Air Force dining operations at RAF Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall in Suffolk, UK. The role focuses on surge cooking and mission-critical meal support across military dining facilities.

You will prepare meals using Air Force recipe systems, apply progressive cooking techniques, and ensure HACCP standards while coordinating meal production and inventory planning for both flight and ground operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of traceable cooking experience.
• High-volume kitchen experience preferred.
• NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent culinary training preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
• Ability to obtain RAF installation access.
