Summary

Are you an experienced Electrical or Mechanical Technician looking for a flexible and rewarding night shift role? Join our prestigious contract in the heart of London, near Liverpool Street Station, and become part of a growing team supporting a diverse portfolio of buildings. As a key member of our night shift team, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service across a variety of electrical and mechanical systems, with occasional day shifts when needed.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

1. Perform fault-finding and repairs across a wide range of electrical and mechanical plant and equipment.
2. Ensure all work complies with statutory requirements and safety regulations.
3. Submit detailed recommendations for additional works and improvements where applicable.
4. Collaborate with the team to support the building’s operational needs and provide exceptional service to the client.

What we’re looking for:

1. Proven commercial experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
2. NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Discipline.
3. Expertise in electrical and mechanical building services, including PPM schedules, SFG20, and a wide range of systems (Building Management, Lighting Control, Heating & Ventilation, Emergency Generators, UPS).
4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining high operational standards.
