Job summary

CLCH in London is recruiting a full-time Continence Nurse Advisor to join the Continence Promotion Service, covering Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster. You will build on your community nursing experience to deliver safe, person-centred continence care and support patients to regain independence.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, contribute to education initiatives, and help meet commissioner requirements.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with nursing degree or diploma and current NMC registration.
• Postgraduate qualification in continence management is desirable.
• Experience in continence management and community nursing.
• Good IT skills including PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist continence nursing care to patients and carers in Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster.
• Offer holistic, evidence-based continence care to improve independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with community nursing services and other health professionals.
• Contribute to education initiatives for internal and external partners.
• Work within budget and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
