A dedicated mental health service provider in London seeks an experienced Employee Relations / HR caseworker on a 6-month fixed term contract. Job description

Develop and deliver a business-focused employee relations plan that meets the needs of all Service Line and Corporate stakeholder groups.

Act as an ER expert, promote best practice in ER interventions, and provide leadership within the team.

Support change management and TUPE work commissioned by People Delivery Partners.

Provide high standards of advice, guidance, and support to managers on investigation and hearings processes in the Trust.

Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure HR involvement supports business objectives through efficient and effective ER casework management.

Collaborate with the HR Direct First point of contact service; escalate complex cases through the triage process.

We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations / HR caseworker to lead a caseload of highly sensitive, complex cases. The role requires someone comfortable with complex casework, following employment policy, and a good working knowledge of employment law.
