Binnies, part of the RSK Group, is looking for Graduate Civil Engineers to join our Delivery group working on Non-Infrastructure UK Water Engineering projects. Responsibilities
  • Undertake outline and detailed design, both individually (under supervision) and as part of a wider team, to meet project timescales.
  • Assist with producing site plans, general arrangements and calculations using approved engineering techniques, procedures and criteria.
  • Coordinate work with other Binnies offices and liaise with engineers and professionals across the Binnies / RSK Group to progress projects effectively.
  • Assist with the preparation of technical and non-technical reports.
  • Ensure civil designs consider buildability and health and safety requirements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to communicate civil designs effectively.
  • Provide design support during construction.
Qualifications
  • Qualifications aligned to achieving IEng MICE or CEng MICE, or equivalent with other institutions.
  • Desire to work proactively toward Incorporated or Chartered membership of the ICE, CIWEM or equivalent institutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and an effective team player.
