Job description

Motability Operations are recruiting for Application Experience Advisors to join our team in Bristol. You will be part of the Customer Contact Services Department and work to provide an outstanding application experience for Motability Scheme users and dealership partners. This is a varied role with opportunities to collaborate with other areas of the team and wider business.

It is a full-time position covering 38 hours per week with a competitive starting salary of £33,214.30 per annum. Shifts operate on a 4-week rotation:

  • 08:30 - 16:30
  • 09:00 - 17:00
  • 09:30 - 17:30
  • 10:15 - 18:15
There is one Saturday in four where you will work 9:00 - 13:00.

To be successful, you should have a customer-focused attitude with a drive to put the customer experience at the center of your work. You should be a good listener and communicator, able to empathise with customers, understand their needs, and take ownership of next steps while continually seeking to improve the customer experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills are important, as well as the ability to manage your time independently while working as part of a team.

Key requirements include:

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment with KPI and call quality targets
  • Basic PC literacy in a Windows environment

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
