Job summary

G2 Legal Limited represents a long-established London law firm seeking an experienced contentious probate solicitor to join a busy team. The role focuses on claimant and defendant probate disputes involving high-net-worth clients and overseas assets.

You will work closely with the Head of Department on a quality caseload, require solid CPR knowledge and excellent client-facing skills, and enjoy a modern, flexible working culture with a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Be an experienced solicitor, ideally 4 or more years of PQE.
• Have recent and relevant experience handling contested trust and probate matters and a solid understanding of the CPR.
• Be a skilled practitioner with excellent client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Department on a quality caseload of claimant and defendant probate disputes.
• Handle instructions from high-net-worth clients, including international assets.
• Contribute to maintaining a high level of client service and professional standards.
