Job description

This is a full-time, remote position, and is open to candidates across the UK.

Job Summary

Trial Managers support potential and existing clients in maximizing their effective use of the contentmarketing.AI product.

Main Objectives

Ensure trial organizations fully engage with contentmarketing.ai during their trial and are aware of the benefits and capabilities of the product.

Critical Performance Areas

  1. Trial Preparation: Review initial sales demonstrations to understand client drivers and interests. Prepare sample content items from a list of templates before the trial begins.
  2. User Training: Conduct training sessions for staff assessing contentmarketing.ai, showcasing the product's potential and guiding users through specific activities. Encourage users to undertake actions during the trial, demonstrating the product's value.
  3. Trial Engagement and Support: Maintain contact with trialists to ensure they maximize the system's benefits and field inquiries about effective use of contentmarketing.ai.
  4. Trial Reports: Write concise reports on individual trial experiences to share with Business Development Executives before follow-up discussions with decision-makers.
  5. Wider Customer and Commercial Support: Assist with other aspects of contentmarketing.ai’s operations, including supporting permanent clients, and attending trade shows with promotional booths.

Person Specification

Experience in a customer-facing role, with strong, clear, positive communication skills. Ability to operate independently and self-sufficiently. Passion for helping clients generate great content. Positive attitude and willingness to work in an entrepreneurial, small-business environment.

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week, from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday, including a one-hour lunch break.

Salary: £30,000 per year plus commission (a sixth of the monthly subscription value for each trial that converts to a contracted client). Benefits include 22 days of holiday plus statutory bank holidays.
