Responsibilities

• Advise on contentious trust and trust dispute matters.
• Support insurer-led death-in-service trust work.
• Advise life assurance providers within employee benefits and pensions.
• Analyze complex trust issues and give clear, practical guidance.
• Manage matters with independence.
• Collaborate with Pensions and Business Services teams.
• Develop relationships with institutional and commercial clients.
• Occasionally attend the Sheffield office (approx. monthly) for non-local candidates.
