Location: Blandford & Dorchester

Role Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Matters: Deliver high-quality legal services, lead by example, and address client concerns promptly.
• Managing People: Foster a positive work environment, mentor junior staff, and manage team performance.
• Technical Expertise: Maintain advanced knowledge of relevant laws, manage external experts, uphold professional conduct, and ensure transparent billing and client communication.
