Contentious Probate Solicitor - Devon

We are looking for a contentious probate solicitor to join a successful contentious probate team. This solicitor will be joining a regional heavyweight within their Kingsbridge office.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least some experience of contentious probate either as part of a wider litigation caseload or on its own. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years' PQE.

Working directly with the head of litigation, this caseload will include will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, TOLATA, equitable claims, and disputes surrounding Court of Protection.
