My client is a well-respected West Midlands law firm offering full service legal advice to both individuals and businesses.

An opportunity has arisen for a solicitor or legal executive to work closely with an experienced and specialist Contested Probate partner who has vast experience in dealing with the challenging of wills, trust disputes, inheritance act claims etc.

The role would suit a solicitor or legal executive with at least three years experience in this area or alternatively you may be a litigation solicitor who advises on Contested Probate as part of your mixed caseload but who would like to specialise.
