Job description

Contentious Probate Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, North Devon, £50,000+ (DOE)

This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded practice handling a diverse caseload while delivering a high standard of service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle a varied caseload of contentious probate matters and Court of Protection cases.
  2. Provide expert advice and representation in contested probate and Court of Protection proceedings.
  3. Utilize knowledge of Court of Protection matters and proceedings under Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (advantageous).
  4. Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail and team collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 Years PQE in contentious probate and Court of Protection matters.
  • Experience with Court of Protection proceedings and relevant legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and team-oriented attitude.
