Job description

Nockolds Solicitors are a progressive, award winning, leading Law Firm with offices in Bishops Stortford, London and Spain. Due to our continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join our Contentious Probate team based in Bishops Stortford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to fee-earners within the team. This may include carrying out legal research, drafting correspondence and preparing legal documents, and managing and progressing cases under the supervision of a fee earner. You will also be responsible for responding to telephone and email queries, general file management, and interviewing witnesses and preparing draft witness statements.

The ideal candidate will either have a law degree or completed their LPC. A minimum of two years experience in a similar role is essential alongside the ability to work to tight deadlines, excellent interpersonal skills and good IT skills. Experience of using bundledocs and PDF software is desirable. There are excellent career opportunities for the right candidate.
