We're looking for an experienced Contentious Probate Specialist to join a thriving private client team at a successful legal practice. If you're passionate about tackling complex probate disputes and want to work on high quality cases, this could be your perfect next step!

In this role, you'll be handling a diverse range of contentious probate matters, from will challenges and estate disputes to issues with LPAs. You'll have the chance to manage both the Probate and Litigation aspects of contentious probate, working with clients to resolve disputes effectively and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of contentious probate matters, including will disputes, estate claims and LPAs
• Provide advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex legal challenges
• Take the lead on both probate and litigation elements, ensuring smooth and successful case resolutions
• Work with a supportive, experienced team that's committed to delivering exceptional results for clients

Requirements

• A qualified lawyer with a solid background in contentious probate
• Experience managing complex probate and litigation cases
• Strong communication skills and able to explain complex matters clearly to clients
• A passion for helping clients through challenging times and a results-driven mindset
