The successful candidate will be part of a busy, driven and highly regarded team who provides specialist advice and guidance to their clients and will have the opportunity to work alongside our leading experts in this field.

You will have proven experience in handling a complex caseload of Contested Probate and Inheritance Act claims. Experience of Court of Protection work would be an advantage but is not essential and can:

• Deliver succinct high quality advice,
• Demonstrate excellent client and team communication skills, drafting and negotiation skills
• Have a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team.
